45min mediation class (suitable for beginners)
In this class, you will learn the process of ‘Just Sitting’, a silent meditative process which can bring calmness and peace. This method provides an opportunity for your ‘monkey’ mind to rest and allows ‘ego self’ to gently fall away. Meditating alongside other sitters will offer support and help you establish your own meditative practice.
Options to sit on floor, bolsters or chairs.
