Sisters Circle with Sita
Sisters Circles offer a safe and nurturing space to gather for self care, connection and community. Women have met in sacred circles for centuries, to support, empower, and nurture each other. They are a celebration of all that is feminine, and an invitation to share, release and replenish.
This gathering will include a combination of meditation, movement, song, stories, wisdom and relaxation.
Please dress casually & comfortably. You are welcome to bring your own cushions, blankets / shawl, crystals/totems or other to place on the altar.
