Reframing Menopause ~ From Taboo to Rite of Passage
If you’re a woman transitioning into your Second Spring — the phase of Perimenopause or Menopause — you might feel curious, uncertain, or even overwhelmed.
This stage of life is often framed with negativity, despair, and taboo, yet it holds the potential to be an empowering journey — a Sacred Transition into deeper wisdom, freedom, and authenticity.
Join us on Saturday, November 22nd for a nurturing 3-hour Women’s Circle & Menopause Yoga Circle, where we’ll gather in sisterhood to explore the practice of Menopause Yoga & Ayurveda -blending Restorative Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Mantra, Journaling and Reflection.
Together, we’ll lift the veils around the Menopause, share openly our journeys, and discover holistic ways to support body, mind, and emotions.
Walk away with calm, empowerment, and practical tools to navigate this transition with acceptance, empowerment and radical self-compassion.
This is a safe and sacred space to be held, heard, and supported as you embrace your Menopause as a Rite of Passage, the beginning of your Wise Woman years.
In this 3-hour Women’s Circle & Workshop we will:
- Discover how Menopause Yoga and Ayurveda blend ancient wisdom with modern science to support your body, mind, and emotions.
- Practice gentle Yoga, Breathwork, and Meditations to soothe the nervous system, build strength, and restore energy.
- Share in Circle to break the silence and lift taboos around Menopause, finding comfort in knowing you are not alone, and exploring holistic ways to nourish and care for your changing body.
- Reflect through guided journaling and insightful practices to reconnect with your inner wisdom.
- Walk away with practical tools and a renewed perspective to navigate this transition with calm, empowerment, and self-compassion.
