A 45 minute strength training class designed to help you build muscle/tone, support bone density and feel strong and powerful in your body.

This class uses heavier weights and resistance than our Pilates sessions, including weighted exercises, step ups, functional strength work and balance training. The focus is on progressive load, controlled movement and real world strength that supports your joints, your posture and your long term health.

Strength training is one of the most effective ways to support healthy bones, especially as we move through our 30s, 40s and beyond. It also helps build lean muscle, improve tone and increase confidence in everyday movements like lifting, carrying and getting up off the floor.

Expect simple, effective exercises. Clear guidance. Options and progressions so you can challenge yourself safely at your own level.

This class is for anyone who wants to feel stronger, steadier and more capable, now and in the years ahead.
