Our two week unlimited introductory pass (ONE TIME PURCHASE ONLY) is the perfect way to experience Yoga Bayside and see how yoga and pilates can support you in real life. For two full weeks, you can attend as many classes as you like, across both of our studios, giving you the freedom to explore different class styles, teachers, and times.
This pass is designed to help you settle in, not rush. Two weeks gives you the space to move, rest, breathe, and notice how you feel, both physically and mentally, as well as easing into practice without pressure or commitment.
Yoga and pilates offer far more than flexibility or strength. Many people notice improved sleep, reduced stress, a calmer nervous system, better mobility, and a greater sense of ease in their body and day to day life. Regular practice can help you feel more grounded, less overwhelmed, and more connected to yourself.
The 2 week unlimited introductory pass is about finding what works for you. Come often or come gently. Try different classes. Ask questions. Take your time.
