The Art of Rest is a four-day (3 night stay) retreat devoted to the simple, powerful act of unbusying yourself. To stop rushing. To let go of the noise. To allow your body and mind to slow down enough to actually feel restored.
Over four gentle days (3 nights) at the beautiful Wybalena Organic Farm in Byron Bay’s hinterland, you’ll rediscover what true rest feels like. Set in the tranquil Byron Bay hinterland, Wybalena Organic Farm combines luxury and simplicity, stunning views, peaceful surrounds, and accommodation designed for deep rest.
Each morning begins with slow, mindful movement to awaken your body with ease. Afternoons offer long, soothing Yin practices, quiet time, and space to reflect. Evenings close with Restorative Yoga and meditation, nourishing the parts of you that are tired in ways sleep alone can’t reach.
You’ll be cared for with wholesome meals made with love, long conversations by the fire pit, and plenty of space to simply be. Guided walks, silent time, magnesium pool, infrared sauna, ice bath and plenty of unstructured time will remind you how good it feels to let life be slower, softer, and quieter.
Rest is medicine, for our bodies, our minds, and our nervous systems. It’s how we heal, how we think clearly again, how we find joy in small things. When we learn the art of rest, we return home feeling lighter, calmer, and more ourselves.
