You’ll learn at a comfortable pace, with plenty of time to ask questions, practice, and gain confidence in a supportive and welcoming space.

By the end of the course, you’ll know exactly what to expect in a general yoga class—and guess what, you might even find yourself looking forward to it.

What You’ll Learn

  • The most common foundational yoga poses, so you feel confident in a general class
  • How to use props and modify poses to suit your body
  • Breathing techniques to help with stress, anxiety, and focus
  • Simple mindfulness techniques to help you feel calm and present
  • How to transition between poses with ease
  • The do’s and don’ts of yoga (Hint: there aren’t many—just ways to make you feel comfortable)
